Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

They examined my kids' teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything, and even helped prevent some orthodontic work in the future. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.

Friendly staff, clean office. Kids loved the video games while they waited and tv to distract while being worked on. Overall good experience.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I arrived at my appointment on time with my two children for cleaning and a check up. Our previous dentist moved out of the area. this was our first visit with what i thought was going to be our new dentist. I waited for an hour without being seen or spoken to by a member of staff. i told the receptionist i was leaving she didn't mind one way or the other. what a shame.

My poor son is scarred for life from this place! He had such a horrible experience. He loved our old dentist office so much, it was his favorite place to go. They treated him so horrible here. They were not caring at all and made the experience just routine and like he was just a number. The staff is horrible. I should have known from the first phone call. The customer service on the phone was just a joke. A lady with a pleasant voice who gets real cruel fast if you don't take the first appointment she throws at you. This place did not seem clean either. I'm surprised OSHA hasn't paid a visit to shut them down. Don't make the mistake I made and just try them out because they are close. My poor son is only five and said he never wants to see a dentist again. This is an experience no child should have. My dad was a dentist, my two uncles, and grandfather all dentists! None of them ever treated patients this way, it's so sad what this place is.
