There service has really gone down the drain! Ive been with them for the past 8 years and I really wanted to stick with them but I can't any longer. I've had in total 4 bad experiences with them. A quick example I took my son with a fever and a ear ache. The doctor looked at the ear and sent drops however my son continued to get worse. He has strep throat and was not evaluated because I only mentioned the ear ended up in urgent care with additional medical bills . I mean that was just ridiculous!!!! more bad experiences to mention but I would be writing all day.....

I been there in 2011 but I would never go back there.The staff is full of haters and people who needs to work somewhere else.They don't have customer service whatsoever...

My son has been with the plantation office going on 16years, best doctors ever I moved to Naples fl and could not find any one better so I drive to fort lauderdale just to stay with the best doctors ever

Best pediatric Doctor I've seen, very professional, warm and caring, your children is his focus during the visit, very satisfied with his services, 5 years with him, won't change. It is hard to find a good doctor with such qualities.

I see a lot of good reviews, though not many recent and although the doctors themselves may be great, my experience with their staff was amongst the worse customer service experiences I have ever had:

So I take my 1 month and 1 week old baby for a scheduled appointment. The young lady manning the front desk tells me the baby's insurance has not yet been updated by my insurance Coventry, so we need to call and resolve... mind you this is only 7 days after the 30 day period where the baby is covered under the mother's plan. So 45 minutes later and with my wife on the line attempting to resolve the insurance problem I want to have my baby seen by the doctor. To which she replies that yest at the cost of $120... then you deal with the reimbursement from the insurance... I'm not opposed to that itself, but considering it's the holidays, it may be reasonable why the insurance has not made the update... Also as a courtesy she could have the doctor see the baby and then deal with the billing some other time (my thoughts)

So after seeing multiple people walk in and be served without an appointment I finally had enough of this first time visit experience. So I ask for a copy of my baby's file, to which the young lady replies yest, at $1/copy... so I say ok... then she says, well you wont' have it all... why? because the manager isn't available and is busy... so I say, what if I go to another doctor... she says they can request a copy via fax and we'll send it to them immediately. So now I am in utter awe that she is actually encouraging me to LEAVE them... since why would I pay for an incomplete copy of my baby's file when I can get a full copy by having another doctor request it?

Livid, I left that office.... with customer service and attitude that atrocious I wonder how on earth this office generates any business.

If you are referred, just don't go... find another office... who knows what will happen if you have an emergency and you are treated with such lack of respect, attention and urgency.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen
Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers?
Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
