I love this office. The staff and the doctors are professional and every time I have a concern they are always there to help me...I can say that I am very happy with them and feel like part of a great family!!! I would definitely recommend Beachside Dental Group!! My son currently got braces and the service was great!!

I have been to Beachside Dental Group's office with my family for all our dental needs for more than 2 years.They have excellent dental service and customer service. The best dentist for an affordable price.

I have been going to Beachside Dental Group for around 5 years and have been very pleased with their work. They have a lot of good doctors and specialists. I got my crown and bridges done here 5 years ago and they still are in excellent condition. The assistants and doctors are very nice and the place is extremely clean. I was very impressed with their work, as it shows they really know what they are doing. They have good prices and are honest on their advice. They even work with people who have low incomes and give them discounts. I can not think of a office more honest and professional than this one.

The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. To get my children into to see the dentist is a minimum of 3 months every TIME !!!!!

THE WORSE >>>>> if my insurance would change the dentist I would leave them in a heart beat !!!!!

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

They are unprofessional and their work is substandard. Once they take your money they don't care if you are satisfied. Better Business Bureau gives them "F" rating.
