I had to make 5 time phone calls to make an appointment for my children. They tole me either they were not at the office, or the lady is too busy to help me. After I finally set up the date for an appointment, the front dest lady called before two day for my appointment that the doctor couldn't see us on that day (it is Saturday). She's not allow the father make the appointment right away, she said the mother had to call...then we called back, she said, they can't give us the appointmen becuase she's not sure which saturday the doctor will be in the office and asked me we can call them back after 2 weeks.
