I would give this team zero stars if I could. This so-called health care provider still making patients wear a mask while in the office. With all the information about masks and their ineffectiveness makes me question what other medical information they will disregard in the treatment of their patients to support a facade. Truly disappointing.

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Best Doctor I've ever had, hands down. Where most Doctors will scold you or simply not take you as a patient if you don't vaccinate, Ness accepted the whole family. Instead of arguing with you, he explains what the best alternative options for you are. He respects your opinion and insights and adds to them his own. You can tell he keeps up with health trends and knows his stuff. The office was the PERFECT temperature, and they had TONS of toys for my kids to play with(including a kid house). I held my child for everything except measuring her length, which I just laid her down on the bed paper for. He did everything to me and my mother before my child so she would be comfortable. I can't say enough good things about all my visits so far!
