Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Also they are always changing dentist I've been going there for 3 yrs now and I had 5 different dentist and they all have a different plan for my teeth so that prolonged the process and it is going on 4 years now.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
