Rosenthal has a policy that he CANCELS YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS if you cannot pay for a missed appointment! He's yet ANOTHER of the crappy and pathetic doctors I have encountered in Wilmington! I talked to another about my depression and this f'in idiot CALLED THE COPS!

The doctors here SUCK I am so glad I am leaving Wilmington!

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
