Horrible experience with office staff. Both my insurance and specialty pharmacy have been trying to get a hold of anyone in the office, but no one will get back to them. The pharmacy called me to ask for help and the office will not return my calls either.

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

She asked me if "Want a speedy biopsy?” I said no, that would be irresponsible of you as a doctor. Addition she said she was too busy to do the procedure I was scheduled for and then asked me what I wanted to do about my condition; without any discussion as to what my options, side effects, or consequences any of the treatments would have. Basically, she was too busy to treat me with appropriate patient care. I am currently seeking legal advice concerning questionable patient care and billing practices….oh, I was billed for this appointment which she was too busy to actually do the procedure scheduled
