I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
