Think it was in very bad taste the clinic staff would not advise of Dr Rubick's return. Whether they knew if he was coming back or not the his customers should have been given notice and ask for his support and that we continue services at this clinic. Personally I think the reason was because they feared of a mad exodus to search for other providers. Everyone misses appointments. Never been late for the past 5 years. Was ten minutes late and luckily was able to use the walk-in services. Front desk is not customer friendly.

Over prescribed medications and was told to see another Doctor. Was not given any explanation and Dr. Rubick let his staff tell me because he evidently after almost 20 years of being a patient he had no respect for me and would not even talk too me. I would not recommend Dr. Rubick to my worst enemies.

This clinic used to be the best place to go for friendly/ helpful staff and an atmosphere that made me feel as if they really cared about my health. I had never had that being a military wife and only having been seen on base. Then they recently changed over to University of Colorado Health. Boy have I seen the difference. Although I still love my PA and feel she personally takes great care of me, the majority of the staff is awful. They are rude, not helpful, and don't make me feel as if they care about my health. The excuse is "we are understaffed and busy". I am so sick of that excuse. It is not my fault they are understaffed. That is not my responsibility nor is it a legitimate excuse. Each of us should be treated with care, spoken to with respect, and attended to when we are coming in there for help no matter how busy they are. Hire more staff or get some people in there that can do their job properly. I am so disappointed and don't know if I will continue to go to a place that clearly has a staff that is incompetent and that makes me feel unsafe and a pain in their rear. That's not how ANY Doctors office should make people feel.

This started out as a great practice where patients were welcomed, valued and treated with respect. It has become a mediocre practice where the only value patients have is their money. To be avoided.

I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

Dr Rubick is the best doctor I have ever had and I am in my 60's. He doesn't just get you in and out like a herd of cattle. He shows concern and explains everything thoroughly until I understand completely what is going on with the problem I am having. His staff are professionals and treat you with the utmost respect. I am so blessed to have him as my Doctor.

my review is short and to the point..not only have my visits to dr. rubick been professional..but they have been pleasant and thorough and dr.rubick has been so good at keeping up on my personal "track record" upon my visits...i wouldn't go anywhere else..( a 13 year patient)
