Before they recommended a treatment plan for me, they looked into my medical history a little, but I still didn't feel like they had a thorough understanding. I was uncomfortable starting treatment when they didn't know where I was coming from. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I felt very judged during my appointments. I couldn't believe how accusatory and condescending they were, and I couldn't wait for it to be over. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.
