They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
