Staff review: Dr. Donnelley is the warmest, most knowledgable and caring doctor I know. But her staff, in particular, her nurse, Sherri, will not give messages to Dr. Donnelley but instead takes it upon herself to either ignore them or answer them herself. The doctor rarely, if ever, gets the messages I leave, and I'm at the point where I've stopped all medications and given up. I will not be returning, which is sad, since I've spent a small fortune on HRT and have reaped no benefits. This might not be true if I could get some questions answered, but I can no longer keep paying for doctor visits just to address medication side effects. Her nurse seems to disrespect her by treating her patients poorly, and while this good doctor is taking new patients, Sherri is undermining her practice. She appears to have a personality disorder, and overall, the communication system in general is very poor.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
