Excellent and he kept a consistent and easy-to-understand approach. Reasonable, knowledgeable, and understood problems of all sorts.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I spent less then fifteen minutes in their waiting room. It was great not to have to rearrange my schedule at all for my appointment.
