Dr Chaffee makes sure every single question I have is answered and takes the necessary time to adjust and customize my treatment. She is friendly and welcoming, and discusses various treatment options, with pros and cons of each, to help me to decide the tradeoffs of which illness symptoms or medication side effects I am willing to live with. She is warm, accepting, encouraging and professional. I have been seeing her for about seven years, now, and will continue to do so.
