They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. The office staff is very unprofessional and they do NOT know how to schedule appointments you can be there on time and still wait at least an hour before you are seen. The clerks are RUDE and do not know what they are doing.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
