I chose this doctor after reading some reviews. There is probably no doubt he is a great doctor, but first impression made me very upset. I went out of my way to contact the office to make an appointment. They don't have a direct line, only voice mail box. It took them 2 days to call me back, but by that time, I had already booked an appointment with them on zocdoc.com. I made this appointment 2 weeks ahead. They confirmed with me 3 times via email and last reminder on the day of appointment via text. So there's no way there could be a misunderstanding. I arrived 10 minutes early and found that their office was completely closed with lights shut off. Giving them the benefit of the doubt (maybe they went to lunch or meeting), I waited outside for 45 minutes. I called that phone number again, voice mail box. No use. I called zocdoc.com and they apologized for the inconvenience that the doctor has caused. It wasn't even their fault, they weren't the ones who confirmed the appointment. It was verified that the staff at doctor's office made the confirmation. Zocdoc.com was so nice they gave me a $20 amazon gift card just because. They said they will contact this office for attention. Good luck trying, I can't get a hold of them. Call 911

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The office was easy enough to find. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
