I suffer from spine and lower extremity pain severe. Sam Maywood treated me for years and treated me well. I have nothing but good thoughts of him and the other doctors that work with him they all treated me with respect and knew the pain that I was in.

Dr. Maywood is a coward who does not know what it really means to be a doctor. His flirtation & bedside manner was so out of line. He absolutely crossed the patient/Doctor line with me....IN A BIG WAY!
