Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
