They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was generally comfortable with the temperature in the waiting room. Not too hot or too cold.

The front desk staff were mostly friendly but when you need a prescription refilled , it's another matter. Numerous times I have called to check on a refill and was told it was at the pharmacy. I was going out of town and needed my pain medication. I was called at 4:30 pm on Friday the 29th of June and my refill was ok'd and at CVS. My husband went to get it and it wasn't called in at all. I continued to call but still no presciption.Whoever the medical assistants are need to be checked on. Now I am out of pain meds and it is a holiday weekend. How hard is it to get your refills? Need to look at your staff and make some changes. I am a RN at a surgery center & if we functioned this way, we would be out of business....unhappy with the office not the doctor.

Getting my medication sent over to my pharmacy has been a nightmare for MONTHS. Every single month, I have to call the dr. office to get them to approve my medication. Every time, someone different answers and tells me that they'll allow one month, but will not allow for refills unless I visit the doctor. Funny thing is, I have visited the doctor within the last month and they had already approved the medication for a year! I asked them to put a note in my chart, which "the did". So, to my surprise, next month I call to get my medication sent over, they don't have any notes on my file, and it becomes a nightmare to get my daily medication. They have left me without medication for weekends already 2 times, and this past time, for a WEEK! I am looking for a new doctor. I would never return, or recommend this doctor.
And, the facilities, are disgusting. Last time I was there, there was a giant hair ball on the examining bed. I took a picture of it, because I was so floored. Do they ever clean this place?
Oh, before I forget, every time I call the doctor for them to approve the medication after my pharmacy has already faxed them twice, I see a note of it on my bill. <15 minute phone consultation. Seriously? do your job and I wouldn't have to call.
Be ready to waste 1+ hours waiting to be seen.

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.
