Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They were cheaper with botox then other places in highland park. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.

It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. The business is in one of the safest areas around, the only downside is that parking was horrendous! I came in on a special, and was treated very well. I almost expected to be pushed to buy something, but was happily only informed, never pushed. The doctor was generous with her time and patient in answering all my questions. I was informed of other promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They never suggested that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I am seriously considering becoming a regular patient. This was only my first visit.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Dr. Jose really knows what she is doing and takes pride in understanding all aspects of women's health. I highly recommend her practice!
