Not only did Goldstein not honor an appointment for my elderly, frail. mother-in-law, but when I tried many times to call his office, an automated menu was all that I could access. Eventually, I called all the "press numbers" to try and speak with office staff. But EVERYTIME I pressed a number, the automated message said,"goodbye!"
This place does a disservice to this client and I bet there are similar experiences for others who have used this practice. The place is unacceptable!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Dr Goldstein is a thoughtful and very good doctor, spending the time with me necessary to address my particular problem.
