I have visited Rao Dermatology several weeks ago. I had terrible rash on my skin. First I went to another dermatology office, but the medicine he gave me did not help. The rash only spread further. I visited this office. I was accepted almost immediately and treated by PA. She prescribed me medication that quickly resolved my condition. She seems nice and knowledgeable. I am a contractor and this rash turned my life into nightmare, as I could not do my work. Overall I was very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend this practice.

I Recently visited this office with my family. My family had a excision of a lesion on her foot. The PA was rude and unprofessional. I suspected that there was an infection at the site of the excision. The PA was abrupt and clearly offended at this comment. The status of the wound was appalling . The wound was stitched so poorly only photos could reveal the inadequacies of the care provided. They sent my family home without any medication for pain. The office stated they did not have a clinician to write a prescription. The staff said she could take Tylenol for the pain. After 35 yrs as a professional RN I have never encountered such poor patient care service. Needless to say we found another dermatologist for a second opinion and has been caring for the wound ever since. My family will no longer return to this practice.

This office is very bad at #1- answering the telephone and #2) returning your phone calls. Terrible customer service. I am currently looking for a new Dermatologist for my daughter
