I have went to her back in 2013...after going to her a couple of times and then needing to make another appointment. I call and I find out she is no longer in the location in which she has practiced. Upon further research to locate her...I find out she is nowhere to be found. I have called several numbers that have been on the web stating that she is affiliated or has a place of business finding myself at a dead end. Now have been looking for my records up until now and still can't seem to find her. I mean she has updated her webpage updated her Fb but when trying to contact her through both I get no reply.

I also had similar issues as far as cancellation and such when it came down to make appointments.

It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I was scared that something was going wrong and i couldnt get through to the nurse or the doctor. One thing that's been so annoying about Dr. Amersons office is that they always end up postponing my appointments or she is always late. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. I also have been trying to get in touch with the office about test results i took 3 weeks ago and no one as called me back. I am definitaly pulling my medical history with them and going elsewhere.

If you are new patient, I would suggest not visit this doctor. The staff are so unproffesional and rude. I waited for 3 weeks to see dr. I got a call 2 hrs before form the dr. office saying that our appoitment cancelled. My wife was sick and other side I was curious to confirm our baby and health of my wife. I took a day off from office and everthign got spoild. They gave appoitment to meet dr after 3 days. We forgot everthign and we were again entred happy mood to see dr. They again called said they are cancelling the appoitment. I don't know what to say and I asked them pls give any other replacement docotor to make sure everthing fine with my wife and baby. They gave a male doctor contac t we don't know anythign about the doctor adn mood completeledly baffled. aFTER COMING HOME FIRST THING I WAN T TO DO IS DO to write the review. so this helps many people who will be in the situation.
I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
