I had a very difficult time dealing with both Dr. Zide and his staff. Like most patients I was looking for a doctor that wasn't creepy, straight-forward, honest, and easy to get in touch with. He may be knowledgeable but he has a pompous attitude and his staff had little training in the industry or in customer service making any small question a huge hassle. I would not recommend this doctor or his practice.
