I have been going to Dr.Baker for 10 years and purchased two (soon to be three) hearing aids from her. In addition she annually evaluates my hearing and reprograms my equipment as needed.
Dr. Baker is one of the best in her field and unsolicited has been recommended by several of my doctors in the Thousand Oaks area.
She only will recommend what is best for her patient but if you're looking for "on the cheap Costco prices," this isn't the place for you.
Continued loss of hearing effects your mental acuity. Therefore I want the best hearing aides I can afford and the best person recommending them..

I have had excellent service from Ellen Baker. She did my initial hearing test and prescribed hearing aides and has been very attentive to my needs for the past 3 years.

I have recommended her services directly to 3 of my acquaintances who have also worked with her and they, too, have been very satisfied with her services.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
