They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The doctor was extremely cold and uncaring. I was anxious about the possibility of liver cancer and I was made to feel like a peice of meat. Would not return. Found another doctor in the same town (Smithtown) who is caring and professional. Time to retire for this one!
