The office is clean, comfortable and has plenty of natural light. The staff is friendly, competent, and very careful to preserve patient privacy. The doctors do an excellent job of explaining the problem, often using a model to show how joints work, or where a tendon or ligament attaches, and they will go over your xrays or MRI so that you are well educated about your specific case, the options for treatment, so you can make a good choice, and what to expect from treatment, including how long healing is likely to take. They are very practical - I've been offered the form to get a temporary disabled parking pass, which I wouldn't have thought of, and gotten some helpful tips about managing a cast while bathing, etc.
I've gone to this office with knee problems, for hip pain (resolved with steroid injections), for bone fractures, and for carpal tunnel syndrome, so I've met several physicians and a number of nurses and lab techs. I've never had anything but a good experience.
I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for an appointment to begin, and if labs or an x-ray are required, they can do everything but MRI and CAT Scans right there in the office. The nurses and technicians are capable and gentle - important when you are dealing with a broken bone or a serious strain!
The docs are the primary reason to visit this office, but I also like the print-out you get at the end of the appointment, summarizing things that were discussed, listing all your Rx's, providing specific instructions, and setting up the next appointment, if needed. I also like being able to review test results and communicate with docs by email.
In Sacramento, this is the best joint for joints!

They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was satisfied with my visit. The doctor is excellent and resolved many long standing injuries.
