They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.

Dr Choe performed 3 cystocopys on me. A very uncomfortable procedure. He put me at ease. He is exteremly capable and extreremly professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are professional, and make the whole experience that much better.All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.
