They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They could have gone out of their way a little more to make me feel comfortable. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Most of the advice they gave me seemed completely biased. It seemed like they just cared about making money off me. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time.

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

i had the TUNA procedure for enlarged prostate in the doctor's office. I was NEVER informed as to what the consequences could be--retrograde ejaculation. In fact, Mandel did NOT perform the procedure-it was done by someone from the company from which Mandel rents the equipment.

He is the most understanding doctor I've ever had. they're always more than willing to work with me and figure out a time that doesn't conflict with my schedule. Dr. Mandel is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable. I've already been telling my friends and family how great Edmund Mandel, MD is. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful.
