The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
