Prompt to within 30 minutes on New patient
Had all my records received and MRI reports, appointment went smooth. Big relief because I had seen a lot of "Iffy" doctors who were questionable. Had long term scoliosis with arthritis deterioration. Scheduled a nerve treatment, something four other doctors recommended. Felt this doctor would be close to my country home and came highly recommended by former State of Texas employees.

Nice doctor but staff is overworked and he needs help with time management. Tries to do too much at once and should set up schedule so that procedures are done in morning or afternoon and consults and followups are seen in morning or afternoon. Always a long wait to see the doctor. I feel the care I get there is professional but the staff appears to be overwhelmed.

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

Dr. Sims and his staff are nothing but professional. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of my treatment.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
