I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas for many years. He is a kind, caring doctor who always gets me well. Many times I've let things go too long and they will get me in the same day to provide care.

I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. It was nice to see them treat their staff with respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.

The wait was less than 5 minutes - very respectful of patients!

The staff was helpful and made me feel comfortable when asking questions.

My ear was drained quickly and without worry!

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. In addition, I did not have to wait AT ALL to be seen by the doctor. He was the most prompt doctor I have ever seen. Most importantly, he quickly and accurately diagnosed my ear issues. I have not felt this good in years. He is a true professional, and I'm thrilled to have secured him as my ENT.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this ENT Otolaryngologist's office?
Not really
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't
