I have had great experiences in the past with this office until I became pregnant and didn't know what to do first? It's my first baby (at 40 yrs old!) so I naturally called my OBGYN as a starting place. The woman that answered said they don't do births anymore, "Sorry." I'll have a nurse call you. So when the nurse called, I said "well can I just get a vertification that I'm pregnant since we can't seem to figure out if we are reading our VERY complicated home pregnancy test correctly?" She told me no, they would just give me a home pregnancy test there in the office which is the same. She interrupted me telling me the home tests are fabulous despite me explaining there are entires all over the internet of college educated people who can't figure out the line combination on EPT to know if it's positive or negative. She was rude, she was short with me and I was completely offended. (And I'm not easily put off, I work with Automotive salesmen for a living!) I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I'll have my records transferred as soon as I find a new doctor and I won't go back. She clearly didn't care that I was frustrated and didn't care to help me by explaining what I even need to do as first steps after a positive test.
