I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I love how friendly and welcoming they are here. They always go out of their way to make me feel right at home and comfortable. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They were polite but not very helpful. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable and looked dirty and old.

They seemed to have known the basics of my medical history before my examination. They asked the usual questions but didn't go into much detail.

I discovered that they do not send out reminders for your annual check up. I have also had problems with the office returning my calls or renewing my prescription. At this point, I am going to find another doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Kaur's for two years. I made an appointment and went to see Dr. Kaur last Monday(11/22/10). I told her I had lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks and I was feeling tired and fatigued. She asked why and I told her that the anniversary of my sister's death was coming up and I always feel sad around that time of year and that I was feeling more tired than usual. I asked her to write me a slip giving me a few days off around that time. She said she wanted to do some bloodwork to eliminate a physical cause of my fatigue, then if everything was ok she would write the note. I still didn't understand why she couldn't write it and still do the bloodwork, but I said ok. We did the blood tests and everything came back normal. I had another appt. for 11:15 a.m. the following Monday (11/29/10) and was not seen until 12:30! When I finally saw her she said she wanted me to see a psychiatrist because the pain of my sister's death should not affect me this way after three years. I was shocked. I told her that I had waited over an hour to see her for this; she could've told me this over the phone! I told her that I didn't want to see a psychiatrist because I can function fine I'm just sad around this time of year. She gave me the psychiatric referral and asked me to go to the waiting room and she would give me a slip for the days off. When the receptionist gave it to me all it said was that I need to rest. I told the receptionist this wouldn't be enough; it needed to state that I couldn't work on those days. She asked me to write down my concerns and she would give the note to the doctor. I did and I left. Three phone calls and 26 hours later the receptionist calls me back to tell me that the dr. can't write the note and for me to see a psychiatrist and make another appt and we could talk about it then! She acted as though it would personally hurt her to give me a slip for a few days off!
