LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Kagan, but unfortunately will not return back to the office bacause of office staff. I am used to waiting at a doctor's office, and allow extra time because Dr. KAgan does like to really speak with her patients and not be rushed, however, this time I waited 2 HOURS!!!!!! When I checked in I asked how long the wait was, and the receptionist said "not long". I dont appreciate being lied to. I dont appreciate watching people who came in after me be seen before me. And if there is an emergency, then at least explain that when I question why Im still in the wait area hours after my appt should have been. Im sorry because Dr. Kagan is excellent, but I dont have the time or patience to be treated that way.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to.
Dr. Kagan is the reason I an alive today. My Gynocologist here in Deland fl had me ignore the massive blood discharge for two years leaving me to think this was "Normal" for a woman my age. Dr. Kagan was recommended by a friend after noticing I was pale and run down. I flew up to NY and found out that I had a serious problem. She took care of it in her private operation suite in her office. This reduces the possibility of infection. I make it my business to fly up to see her and another "woman issue" doctor.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return.
