Very unresponsive staff. I called every day for a week to book an appointment and each day I was told that their system was down and they could not book appointments. So I followed up the next week and tried again. The receptionist told me Dr. Tucker has taken the week off, but she could schedule me. My appointment was booked for 3 weeks in the future. The day of my appointment, I call to confirm the appointment time and the receptionist tells me that Dr. Tucker had to leave that day. WHAT?! They didn't even bother to contact me to inform me. I would've looked like a fool if I actually showed up. The receptionist then tells me that we can reschedule 2 weeks from now. It takes me 1 month to accrue enough leave to take off of work and the day that I take off my Dr. bails on me with no notice. I'm pretty sure if I had cancelled my appointment with no notice, their office would have billed me.....Terrible experience with the staff. Never got to see the Dr. But 6 weeks of trying is too long....

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
