They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Staff was horrible. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Spriggs is a Wonderful,Knowledgable physician, but she must make a change with her front desk staff.

I am very disappointed in the service i received from Dr. Spriggs' office. The office was small and the office managment is very disorganized and non-responsive. I became so dismayed with the service, i sought a new physician and have been very pleased.

I am now trying to get access to my medical records, to include involvement from my attorney, and continue to have trouble with this office.

Though Dr. Spriggs is a nice person, I would not recommend this practice!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It takes them a while to get back to me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their office was nice and quiet.
