I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. The receptionist at the Dr. office is VERY unprofessional. When my girlfriend tried to make a Women's Wellness appointment, she was told nothing was available and she could either see a male or go to the Health Department. Well, she can take a long walk off a short pier, but I'm sure she wouldn't want to do that now would she. She was very classless and should be reprommanded for actions.
