We've been with Dr. Tyler since the mid-late 1990's. He's an awesome guy, with a wonderful manner, compassion, understanding, and a willingness to work with his patients. His kind sense of humor is a great bonus.

Dr. and receptionist were very friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to accomodate my needs for times and days for appointments.

First, I was scheduled for the wrong day so I had to come in twice (receptionist accidentally said Wednesday when she meant Thursday..).

Then, I was sent to two separate locations to get X-rays and blood work. For the $155 the office charges, they have none of the necessary equipment to do the tests. The labs said they get results to the doctor within 24 hours, however a week later I still haven't heard from the office. I called them and the response I got was "oh we tried to call but couldn't reach you, can you come in next week?" I had no missed calls and no messages. I said I wanted to know my results, so I was told the doctor would call me after 7 pm. I warned them that I would be unavailable at that time, so I was told he would leave a message. The message said I had a healing fracture and that I could come in next week if I wanted. I called back the next day to find out if I needed t come in or if it would just heal on its own. The response was that if I wanted answers I would have to come in for another appointment. For another $125. Basically if I wanted to find out that everything is fine and I don't need treatment, I needed to take time off and come in.

With that said, Dr. Tyler was very nice during the appointment as was the receptionist. Unfortunately, that is by far not the most important part of medical care.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I love that they never cancel their appointments. I can always count on them to be there for me. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room soemtimes. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
