What I really love is how well informed, open, and compassionate Dr. Jorgensen is. I appreciate the fact that he listens to all of my concerns and addresses each one of them mindfully and takes the appropriate actions. He is thorough and covers all of the issues at hand. I feel that I walked in as a patient, and left as a friend. I am grateful to have him as a medical coach. Thank you to Dr. Jorgensen, and his staff. I highly recommend him as a doctor.

Dr. J is absolutely the BEST DOCTOR I, and all of my family have EVER seen. He is the most compasionate (ok I can't spell) caring person and Dr. we have ever known he really truly cares about each and every patient he has. I really couldn't say enough about him. And his STAFF is awesome I love them all. I feel like we're family. He's the doctor you only here about. Myself and ALL of my family are fortunate to have him. Don't ever leave us.
P.S. Kim Epps is also awesome and a great addition. Thank All so much for all you do

Every appointment we have problems with the staff. Appointments being cancelled, rescheduled without telling us, them writing down the wrong time on the appointment card and then acting like it was our fault. Waiting an extended amount of time in the waiting room and the patient room. We will be finding a different doctor for our infant son, there is no reason an infant should be left in the waiting room for over an hour every appointment and left waiting in the patient room for at least 20 minutes each time. I'm a working mom and have to take time off work for these appointments that take far too long and leave me frustrated and anxious.
