Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Each time I visited this doctor, the waiting room had six or eight people also waiting for their appointment. The wait time was usually ninety minutes. I'm not sure if they were squeezing appts inbetween scheduled ones or their wasn't enough time scheduled for each patient, but this is my only complaint.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.
