Beware - They couldn't be a more impersonal office. I've been going there for years but when I went in for pre-op labs for surgery I was having the next morning with another doctor, they didn't send the records before the surgery. When I protested the co-pay the office manager's response was "why didn't the surgical doctor give us more time to do the labs" Well if you bothered to check your records you would have seen that it was emergency surgery. They gave me the runaround and refused to waive the co-pay. When I asked to speak to Pin I got a response that he doesn't own the business anymore and he doesn't deal with financial matters. If you don't care if your doctor does not take a vested interest in you then this is your place. No wonder they couldn't keep a good doctor like Yi.
