The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in.

Dr.Edwin Chan refused to see my Dad even after we made an appointment with him. He treat my family like dogs and told us to get out of his office and go to ER. He literally shooed us with his inappropriate hand gesture. We told him we went to ER 3 times already and we are just seeking a second opinion on my Dad's disease since the ER have not give us any answer, but he refused to help and kept telling us to get out of his place and go to the ER.
He is the most horrible doctor I have ever met, I definitely will not recommend him to anybody. If you want a doctor who cares and who would treat you well and give you answers, Dr. Edwin Chan is definitely not the one. He is horrible, unprofessional and he does not act as a doctor.
