Dr. Ionatti spent a lot of time talking with me to understand my concerns and to partner with me on a treatment plan for my diabetes. He was a great listener and an amazing teacher. What I absolutely HATED was that nobody would give me lab results without me having to return to the doctor and pay another co-pay. Also, nobody told me my labs were available on a website. I had to go back into the office 3 times to get them to sign me up on their website. Phone calls didn't work, 2 written in person requests didn't work. The 3rd time I finally got access. I did have to wait a long time in the waiting room prior to seeing Dr. Ionnatti; I waited over an hour. But when I finally saw him and we talked, it seemed worth the wait.
