I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
