I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
