About average for a clinic in our area. I found the Dr. somewhat lacking in rapport with patient though acceptable. The main problem with this clinic is communication with the office staff. If you are in the clinic, it's fine. If you try to reach someone by phone, forget it. No living person ever answer the phone and call backs almost never happen. I believe the Dr. has good intentions, unfortunately, as a patient, you have weigh all aspects of your visit.

The doctor is very friendly, informative, and professional. His staff is courteous and answers questions to the best of their ability. However, I have a major issue with notifications on appointments that are scheduled months in advance. I work for the railroad and am gone all the time. I have had appointments scheduled and no notification for reminders. Now I am out of a prescription of Nexium and cannot get it filled because of my missed appointments and if I miss another I am being told the Doctor will terminate me from his client list. This is the message I received when trying to get a refill done. This is an unprofessional way to notify a client they will not refill a prescription they are out of.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
