Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
