Half star is over reaching. The first time I went there, the receptionist was pleasant. However, the doctor dismissed my questions and concerns as unimportant. I got a shot and needed a booster 6 months later. Before making that appointment, I asked the doctor whether having the shot while pregnant would be okay or not and she said it would be okay. I went back for my booster and got a snippy attitude from the reception desk, they didn't even know why I was there even though I had a scheduled appointment, and when I asked to confirm that getting the shot while pregnant was okay, I was informed rather snootily that it was not okay and it was made to sound like my fault that I didn't confirm this information at an earlier date, even though I had. I will never go back to this office!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
